At Littlebird Metaverse, we take the safety of our community seriously. While our automated and manual moderation systems are highly accurate, we recognize that errors can occasionally occur. This page outlines how to formally request a review of an account suspension or ban.
1. Before You Appeal
Please note that appeals will not be considered for the following:
- Verified instances of Ageplay or Child Protection violations.
- Documented harassment or "Doxing" of other residents.
- Intentional grid-wide "Griefing" or script attacks.
2. Submission Requirements
- Avatar Name & UUID (if known)
- Date of Incident
- Reason Provided for Ban
- Your Statement: A clear, professional explanation of why you believe the ban was issued in error.
3. The Review Process
Step A: A Senior Admin who was not involved in the initial ban will review your account logs and the evidence provided by the moderation team.
Step B: If the ban was for a "Child Avatar" violation and you claim your avatar was an adult, we may request a screenshot of your avatar's "Appearance" menu showing the base mesh/skin name for verification.
Step C: You will receive a final decision within 7–10 business days. Decisions made by the Senior Admin team during the appeal process are final.
4. Misidentification Policy
If a ban resulted from a misidentification of an avatar's age-theme (e.g., an "Anime" or "Short Statured" adult avatar mistaken for a child), Littlebird will immediately reinstate the account and update the user's notes to prevent future errors.
