1. User Identity & Conduct
- Age Requirement: Users must be 16 years or older.
- Account Security: You are responsible for your credentials. Littlebird staff will never ask for your password.
- Behavior: Harassment, "griefing," or the use of automated bots to disrupt grid stability is strictly prohibited.
2. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain the copyright to original content you create. However, by uploading content to Littlebird, you grant us a Service License to host and display that content across our grid nodes.
We strictly adhere to DMCA guidelines. To report copyright infringement, contact compliance@littlebirdmetaverse.com.
3. Virtual Economy (Littlebird Credits)
Virtual currency used within the platform is a licensed functional commodity and holds no real-world monetary value. Littlebird does not provide "cash-out" services unless explicitly stated through an authorized partner.
4. Technical Compliance (LGPL)
Our software is a derivative work. In the spirit of transparency:
- The Littlebird Viewer is licensed under the GNU LGPL v2.1.
- We are an independent entity and are not affiliated with the Phoenix Firestorm Project or Linden Lab.
- Source code for our viewer modifications is available upon written request.
5. Limitation of Liability
Littlebird is provided "AS-IS." We are not responsible for data loss, virtual asset disappearance, or service interruptions caused by upstream engine updates or server maintenance.
